IR Gas Telemetry Imaging Warning System(Ex)

IR Gas Telemetry Imaging Warning System(Ex) is based on the passive Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy technology and is a scanning type gas infrared telemetry imaging system. The system supports all-weather, uninterrupted long-distance remote measurement within a radius of 5 kilometers. It can quickly qualitatively identify over 400 types of toxic, harmful and hazardous gases, simultaneously achieve dynamic quantitative inversion of concentration, intuitively present the types of gases, real-time concentration distribution, diffusion range and direction, and promptly issue early warning alerts through the upper computer software, thus building a protective barrier for the safe production of industries such as petroleum and petrochemicals.

      Introduction to Principles
      1.Fourier Transform IR Spectroscopy Technique
Based on the combination of Fourier transform mathematical methods and computer technology, this infrared spectroscopy analysis method obtains the interference pattern of the sample and performs Fourier transform to convert the optical path difference information into an infrared spectrogram containing frequency and intensity distribution.
2.Identification of IR Characteristics of Gas Molecules
Infrared spectroscopy is also known as the molecular fingerprint. The infrared spectral characteristics of different gas molecules are all different. The vast majority of toxic and harmful gases have characteristic peaks in the long-wave infrared band. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy technology utilizes the infrared spectral properties of gases for detection and analysis
3.Temperature Difference Radiation Quantity Variation Detection Mechanism
The infrared spectrum obtained by the telemetry device is composed of both background radiation and radiation from the cloud mass. When a gas leak forms a cloud, it will alter the infrared radiation characteristics of the original background, resulting in a change in the radiation amount. The system can detect the presence of the target gas by capturing the difference in this radiation amount.
